So, it’s been a month since I last wrote on my website, and that is because I was busy trying to get my final days set with work, and now I can focus on getting my school courses set.
The issue I have come across is the FAFSA.
When I was done filling out all of the information, the system came back and confirmed that I had submitted my financial aid documents, but there was a line on the confirmation page that really concerns me:
Your estimated Expected Family Contribution (EFC) is: 16286
My whole costs for school this year will only be a quarter of that amount!
There is a disclaimer that I may be eligible for other options, but the Pell is out of the question.
So, I will just have to wait and see what the final info comes out to be. I’ll be sitting on pins and needles until I find out.
